Deputy Director Theme Park

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing longterm strategies to enhance the parks growth profitability and guest experience.
• Operational Oversight: Overseeing daytoday park operations including ride operations guest services retail food and beverage and maintenance.
• Financial Management: Managing the parks budget ensuring financial goals are met and making costeffective decisions.
• Guest Experience: Ensuring guests have a positive and enjoyable experience focusing on customer satisfaction and feedback.
• Staff Management: Leading and motivating a team of employees ensuring proper training and performance management.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensuring the park adheres to safety regulations and compliance standards for rides facilities and guest services.
• Marketing and Promotion: Collaborating with the marketing team to promote the park attract visitors and drive ticket sales.
• New Attractions and Expansion: Overseeing the development and implementation of new attractions rides and park expansions.
• Special Events: Planning and executing special events seasonal celebrations and promotions within the park.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in theme park
• Bachelor Degree in any subject
