Job Description
Job Title: Head of Security
Location: Bali Indonesia
Industry: Family Theme Park
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Security to join our family theme park in Bali. This role is responsible for ensuring a high level of safety and security across the entire property ensuring that visitors and staff enjoy a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daytoday security operations ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Lead train and manage the security team to maintain high standards of vigilance and responsiveness.
• Develop implement and continuously update security policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
• Coordinate with local authorities emergency services and other relevant agencies to manage any security or emergency situations.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend proactive security measures to safeguard the property and its assets.
• Monitor surveillance systems and ensure security equipment is operational and up to date.
• Prepare reports and provide insights on securityrelated matters to senior management.
Requirements:
• Minimum 810 years of experience in security management preferably in the hospitality industry or theme parks.
• Proven leadership in managing large security teams.
• Strong knowledge of security systems surveillance and emergency response protocols.
• Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
