Lead and develop a highperforming team of marketing and communications professionals.
Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and ensure Anantara remains a leader in the luxury hotel sector.
Oversee budget planning allocation and performance reporting for all marketing and communications activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies partners and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 810 years of experience in marketing and communications with at least 5 years in a leadership role ideally within the hospitality or luxury sector.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns both digital and traditional.
Strong understanding of brand strategy market positioning and customer behavior in the luxury hospitality industry.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team of marketing professionals.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
