Job Description

Location Gurgaon
TSM is responsible for developing sales within the food service segment in line with the
company sales policy. Develop introductions of new products and concepts to new and
existing customers/ accounts to grow the business.
Responsibilities
Leads overall strategic alignment of the organization activities aimed at exploring
customers needs and requirements
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets to expand the
companys customer base.
Own and deliver on sales revenue goals Manage and grow existing customers
base
Acquire new customers through active prospection.
Implement the sales action plan review and analyze variances periodically and
initiate corrective actions to ensure achievement of targets.
Develop and leverage long term partnership relations (internal and external).
Coordinate the execution of marketing plan in their area for promotion events
Customer Innovation Days promotional offers etc. with Brand Marketing team
Reporting and MIS (visits activities results market conditions customers product
and service needs competitive activities).
Yearly and Quarterly Sales Forecasting of all the products Present Sales Study
Competitors Sale Key Customers Study Consumer Base Study Forming a strategy for
growth and investment.
Team working skills
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
3) Problem Solving/Decision Making:
Identifying Market Opportunities: Analyze market trends and customer needs to
identify potential sales opportunities and develop strategic plans accordingly.
Client Relationship Management: Resolve client issues and concerns by making
informed decisions that balance customer satisfaction with company policies and
objectives.
Sales Strategy Optimization: Evaluate and adjust sales strategies based on
performance data and market feedback to optimize results.
4) Working Relationships:
Internal
Reports to Regional Sales Manager.
Work Location Gurgaon
Strong relationship required with other BD functions (R&D Culinary Marketing)
External
Top to top relationships with customers suppliers
Represents company at industry events as appropriate.
5) Qualification and Experience:
B2B Sales experience in Food FMCG HoReCa or Food Ingredients
Indepth experience in Key account management
Master of Business Administration Marketing or related disciplines
5 yrs. Min. of experience in sales management
Demonstrated knowledge of Value based selling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook.
