The Account Manager (Marketing Manager) will play a crucial role in managing client relationships developing marketing strategies to achieve client goals and leading a dedicated team to execute these strategies effectively. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking leadership and handson ensuring client objectives are met with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients maintaining and growing longterm relationships.
Understand client objectives and work collaboratively with multiple teams to develop and execute tailored marketing strategies.
Create monthly plans for the account decipher client briefs and translate them into strategic plans.
Oversee the daytoday management of accounts ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the client s satisfaction.
Onboard clients and enable a positive experience for the same.
Build lead and manage a team fostering an environment of creativity efficiency and growth. Coach and support them to help them meet departmental goals
Participate in strategic planning and for clients ensuring the alignment of marketing initiatives with client goals.
Monitor and report on the success of marketing campaigns and strategies providing clients with insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the service offered to clients.
Develop a relationship with clients and manage their expectations (Kudos if you can balance the two together!).
Upsell! Always be on the lookout to identify opportunities and convert them to grow revenue.
Set up internal and external processes for client interactions briefs and more to streamline work.
Maintain weekly fortnightly and monthly reports.
Experience and Ss Required:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or Marketing Manager (23 years) ideally in a marketing agency with a history of managing client relationships and spearheading effective marketing campaigns.
Solid grasp of marketing strategy branding and current digital marketing trends.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities experienced in team building and mentoring.
Sed in creative ideation across various channels with a history of executing these ideas.
Essential ability to craft communication ideas write content and develop social media copy and captions.
Knowledgeable about social media platforms such as Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn.
Competent in balancing client and team expectations.
Excellent communication ss with the ability to nurture significant relationships with clients and team members.
Strategic mindset adept at turning client requirements into tangible strategies.
Capable of handling multiple projects at once with a keen attention to detail.
A Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.
