Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules filing important doents and communicating relevant information 2. Ensuring the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material 3. Responding to complaints from customers and give aftersales support when requested 4. Store and sort financial and nonfinancial data in electronic form and present reports 5. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness 6. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems 7. Monitor the teams progress identify shortcomings and propose improvements 8. ist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events 9. Ensure adherence to laws and policies 10. Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving
