Job Description

Company Name : DP Global Trade

Title : Field Sales Executive DP Global Trade Mumbai Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full Time Work from Office

Location : Ahmedabad & Mumbai

Years of Experience: 5 years

Salary : Upto 30000 / month

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling steel products to existing and new customers in the local market.

2. Market Knowledge: Develop and maintain indepth knowledge of the local steel market including competitors prices and market trends.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.

4. Public Speaking and Presentation: Effectively communicate product information negotiate prices and close deals with customers.

5. Competitive Analysis: Stay uptodate on competitor activity market trends and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.

6. Sales Reporting: Submit regular sales reports including sales data customer interactions and market insights.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales preferably in the steel sector.

2. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local steel market including competitors prices and market trends.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent public speaking negotiation and presentation skills.

4. TargetBased Mindset: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

5. Confident Bargainer: Ability to negotiate prices and close deals confidently.

6. Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Marketing Engineering).
Desirable Skills:

1. Industry Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of steel products applications and industry trends.


2. Sales Tools and Software: Proficiency in sales management software (e.g. CRM sales analytics tools).


3. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
