Job Description
Role Structural Engineer (CAD/Revit/Tekla Technicians)
Location : Mumbai
Working Model : 5 days WFO (Incase deliverables come up might require to work but can work from home)
Experience : 8 Years

Location : Mumbai
Experience : 8 years
Qualifications :
Associate degree or equivalent in architectural/electrical/structural/mechanical technology drafting or a related field.
Proven experience as a CAD technician with a focus on Revit and BIM projects.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software with a strong understanding of BIM principles workflows and best practices.
Solid knowledge of construction industry standards and codes.
Familiarity with other CAD software (AutoCAD Navisworks) and visualization tools (SketchUp 3ds Max) is a plus.
Professional certifications in Autodesk Revit or BIMrelated fields are a must.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop detailed 2D and 3D models using Autodesk Revit software ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
Collaborate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into accurate CAD/Revit Model drawings.
Create and maintain a library of Revit families templates and construction details to enhance productivity and consistency across projects.
Assist in the coordination and integration of various building systems (e.g. mechanical electrical plumbing) within the Revit environment.
Conduct clash detection and resolve clashes within the BIM model to minimize conflicts and optimize design efficiency.
Generate construction documentation including plans elevations sections and schedules with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
Review and mark up drawings for errors omissions and quality assurance and make necessary revisions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Stay updated with the latest Revit software releases tools and industry trends and provide recommendations for process improvements and workflow enhancements.
Collaborate with project teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination throughout the design and construction phases.
Technical Skill Set Required:
Excellent technical knowledge and latest update of market
Knowledge of software required for designing
Complete awareness of safety standards regulations as well as IS and International codes
Personal/Behavioural Skill Set Required:
Selfstarter keen learner time management skills
Personal Leadership and good team working skills
High standards of good professional ethics
Good communication skills
Ability to handle pressure and willingness to accept additional responsibilities
