Experience
-
4 to 8 years of experience in Project Accounting / Budget Control & Analytical functions Asset Management Finance & Accounts Payable functions.
Qualifications
-
Chartered Accountant (CA).
Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)
-
Working knowledge / expertise on MS Word MS Excel MS Power point
-
Must be conversant with SAP package in FI / MM & PS and Asset module.
-
Must be strong in FCnA basics including in accounts payables.
-
Knowledge of Company Law & Income tax for Corporate Asset Accounting and project handling.

Must possess good analytical skills.
This role function is part FCnA Business Development team function for total project support and Asset Accounting activities. Right from Project Planning conceptualisation to capitalisation. Shall facilitate total FCnA support to Projects team and to the Business teams. Monitors and ensures necessary Controls and Compliances in project progression and Capital accounting.
Core FCnA & associated activities of this role functions are as follows:

Designing structural development and Creation: Project Definition (PD) & Work break down structure (WBS)

Capex Budgetary Planning Monitoring & Control: Annual Operating Plan finalisation Proposals validation and Capex Budget to Pay.

Commitments & Expenditure (Actuals) Scrutiny
-
Project Capex accounting monitoring and month end activities including settlements.

Asset Capitalisation
-
Depreciation calculation and processing
-
GL Scrutiny and reconciliation.
-
Preparation of Asset Register and CWIP Register and reconciliation with TB.
-
Data analysis interpretation and processing as per management requirement
-
Ageing analysis and processing.
-
Statutory and GST Compliances monitoring and ensuring correct prerequites are incorporated in transactional masters.

Data for Insurance and closely monitoring the additions deletions premium calculation etc.

Various MIS and Dashboards preparation.

Processes automation and system developments.
-
Creation of various SOPs (Standard operating procedures).
