The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking a keen eye for detail and the ability to create delicious and visually appealing desserts.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and create pastries desserts and other baked goods.
Develop new recipes and update the dessert menu.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section.
Ensure quality and presentation standards are met.
Manage inventory and order supplies for the pastry section.
Requirements
Requirements:
3 years proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
Diploma/certificate in pastry making or related field
Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
Strong creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
KPIs/Deliverables:
Quality and consistency of baked goods (target: 90% positive feedback).
Menu innovation (introduce new desserts quarterly).
Cost control (target: keep baking costs within budget).
Kitchen cleanliness (target: high cleanliness and sanitation scores).
