Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the engineering and consulting services sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Meet set Sales Targets:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to finetune the sales approach.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of our services.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other crossfunctional teams including engineering project management and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
The position expects collaboration and participation in industry events to enhance the companys visibility and key values & beliefs.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical
PG: M.Tech in Electrical MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
