Recruiting Specialist - NAQAHA

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Recruiting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and selecting qualified candidates to fill our companys open positions. **Duties:** Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) Screen resumes and application forms Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated Monitor key HR metrics including timetofill timetohire and source of hire **Skills:** Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday UltiPro or ADP Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Strong negotiation skills for salary and benefits discussions Ability to conduct thorough research on industry trends and talent acquisition strategies Knowledge of Employment Labor Law regulations Familiarity with Kronos or similar timekeeping systems If you are a dedicated Recruiting Specialist with a passion for finding top talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment process we invite you to apply.
