Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our retail team and manage daytoday operations of our store.
    The successful candidate will ensure the store operates efficiently achieves sales targets and provides excellent customer service.




Requirements

  • Leadership & Team Management:

    • Lead coach and develop a highperforming team.
    • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
    • Handle staff scheduling recruitment and performance evaluations.
  • Customer Service:

    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
  • Operational Management:

    • Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
    • Manage inventory levels stock replenishment and product displays.
    • Ensure the store is clean safe and wellorganized.
  • Financial Management:

    • Develop and manage the store s budget.
    • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Prepare and analyze sales reports taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Sales & Marketing:

    • Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
    • Engage with customers to understand their needs and drive loyalty programs.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute instore promotions.
  • Compliance & Safety:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
    • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
