JD of B2B BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
- To build business by identifying the prospects; maintaining relationships with clients by visiting them in different geographic region of India.
- Represent the organization in exhibition trade fair and identify the prospects and recommend them with the best option.
- To have complete product and stock knowledge
- Negotiate and close the deal by excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.
- Identify and solve the client issues strategically.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining updated on industry trends market activities and competitors.
- Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Work with the Sales stock Accounts and Operations teams for timely dispatch of the products.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Prepares reports daily quotation and plan attractive offers for the client by collecting analysing and summarising information.
- Actively approach to the targeted business clients through telephone email and exhibitions.
- Demonstrate and present the product to the customers in different geographic regions of India.

- Good Understanding of Diamond & Colour Stone Jewellery
- Ability to prepare reports and use of appropriate mode of communication. Must be proficient at analysing data building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
- Proven success working in a fastpaced highgrowth environment
- Keen business sense with the ability to find creative businessoriented solutions to problems
- Good grip on English & Hindi
