Post Operations Manager
Remuneration 5 lakh per annum CTC
Location Bhopal
Role and responsibility
1. Developing standard operating procedures (SOP) for all divisions and ensuring adherence to it
2. Developing reporting formats and MIS for all divisions
3. Assigning and overseeing the task of team of all divisions
4. Ensuring achievement of operations target
5. Quality assurance
6. streamlining business operations
7. Managing budgets and forecasts.
8. Verifying and analyzing the situations and ensuring immediate action and result
9. Trouble shooting and crisis management10. Any other task as assigned by management or necessary to achieve the above goals
Qualification Masters Degree in Finance or any other relevant stream
Experience Experience of same profile in banking or manpower or other industry
Skill Go getter Excellent communication skills proficient in English and hindi written and oral prominent in advanced excel word and PowerPoint chat GPT and other IT tools
