Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries complaints comments feedback and other raising issues related to the companys products.

Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or above.
Required language(s): Mandarin (able to converse in English will be an added advantage).
A minimum of 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be anadded advantage for this position.
Fresh graduates who are interested tostart their careerin a call center are also encouraged to apply Full Training Provided
Applicant must be willing to work in Ara Damansara Selangor
