Position: Business Development Executive

Salary Package: Basic RM3000 RM3500 Commission

Working Location: Mid Valley Southkey JB

Company Background: Corporate Training Provider

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm

Job Descriptions:

Find new and qualified potential clients.

Reach out to SME business owners and carry out a Performance Needs ysis for their business.

Deliver effective sales presentations to the Decision Maker.

Recommend the right solution or programme that fits the individuals development needs within the company.

Work with all learning partners like course coaches facilitators and manager mentors to help participants learn and achieve their goals.

Regularly collect feedback for improvement and follow up with clients to ensure results maintain relationships and encourage resales and referrals.

Job Requirements:

Have at least 1 year working experience to deal with SMEs.

Result oriented to close sales independently.
