Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• ist in the preparation of monthend quarterend and yearend financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations.
• ist with payroll processing and ensure timely payments.
• Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• ist in cash flow management and monitor stock balance records.
• Conduct revenue and expenditure variance ysis.
• Support balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely closure of accounts.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Provide support in coordinating external audits and resolving any audit findings.
• ist in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls.
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
• Provide financial insights and ist with adhoc financial ysis to support decisionmaking.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support financial requirements for projects.
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication ss in English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• 23 years of experience in a financial & accounting role experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Basic understanding of financial regulations accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software familiarity with SAP / Oracle / ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ss.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines.
