Key Responsibilities:
- ist in the preparation of monthend quarterend and yearend financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- ist with payroll processing and ensure timely payments.
- Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- ist in cash flow management and monitor stock balance records.
- Conduct revenue and expenditure variance ysis.
- Support balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely closure of accounts.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Provide support in coordinating external audits and resolving any audit findings.
- ist in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls.
- Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
- Provide financial insights and ist with adhoc financial ysis to support decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support financial requirements for projects.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication ss in English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- 23 years of experience in a financial & accounting role experience in manufacturing is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial regulations accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software familiarity with SAP / Oracle / ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ss.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines.
Salary Range:
- RM3500 RM5000
