1. Track and achieve departments sales targets follow up on leads roll out sales strategies.
2. Understand customer needs study customer behaviour and ensure customer relationship management for continued business.
3. Identify develop and evaluate marketing strategy based on knowledge of establishment objectives market characteristics and cost and mark up factors.
4. Assist in preparation administration and documentation of proposals.
5. Maintain existing business accounts and secure new accounts through aggressive and creative sales & marketing programmes.
6. Present sales presentations to prospective clients.
7. Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows work closely with developers advertisers and production managers to market the serviced apartment.
8. Oversee the maintenance of clients database and information.
9. Prepare monthly reports for leasing.
10. Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets.
11. Review the arrival and departure list on a daily basis to ensure that all requirements highlighted during reservation was followed through accordingly.
