About Yusudi
We are a sales enablement community that nurtures lifelong partnerships with highpotential talent and businesses to enable and accelerate their growth. We work with companies looking to increase their revenue through partnering with commercial departments to support them in talent identification and placement and talent training. We have three business lines:
- We run a sales academy with the goal of helping graduates improve their sales skills and after that matching them to sales opportunities in partner companies.
- We have a sales development service that works with organizations to help the sales teams improve their selling and sales leadership skills.
- We offer recruitment services to help commercial teams find and hire exceptional talent.
Overarching all the services is the Africa Sales Community where we bring salespeople together offering them a platform to network and share experiences.
Yusudi was launched in 2016 and to date we have worked with 500 companies and engaged with thousands of professionals looking to build their sales careers. We are excited about sales and profoundly believe that selling should be an exciting positive and fulfilling experience for both parties.
Role Summary
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Lead to join our team on a parttime basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence creating engaging content organizing events and developing a strong community on Mighty Networks.
Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Coordinate development of content to ensure consistent supply of content for all audiences.
- Content Execution: Develop and maintain a content calendar for all social media platforms including Instagram Twitter Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Branding: Create visually stunning graphics and posts using Canva to promote our brand.
- Engagement: Manage our social media platforms by posting regular updates responding to comments and engaging with our audience.
- Engagement: Plan and execute events both online and inperson to promote our brand and connect with our community.
- Engagement: Develop and manage our community on Mighty Networks ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all members.
- Branding: Own the brand and ensure that the team adheres to brand guidelines.
- Reporting: Track all marketing activities to provide insights to support decisionmaking.
- Ads: Coordinate all ads posted on different platforms.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proficient in Canva and other design tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- An open and willing mind to learn new skills and technologies.
- Willingness to learn advanced analytics SEO and advertising strategies.
