In collaboration we are wokring together with a renowened Telecom Company to expand their sales team onsitein Athens Greece.
What you will be doing:
- Define and manage the geographical Customers for the GPON/ ODN/FIBER CABLE market.
- To maximize customer relationships and loyalty.
- Finding sales clues and focusing on key deals to maximize the client sales
- Manage the end to end sales process including opportunity management decision reviews commercial negotiations ect.
- Ensure the cleints overall performance as well as customer satisfaction.
- The role also includes optimization of the account teams performance and enable seamless transition to operations.
Your profile:
- At least five years experience in account management ( B2B) solutions and service sales in the telecom industry with vendros such as Huawei ZTE and Norkia. Especially for the telecom equipment sales to operators.
- Bachelors degree in engineering telecommunications business or related field or equivalent experience. Masters degree is a plus
- Enthusiasm in keeping abreast of technological and market trend as well as competitive intelligence
- Ability to identify and engage with all key stakeholders
- Ability to perform under pressure
Recruitment process:
1 An initial meeting with the Chief Representative of the company in Eastern Europe.
2 A Face to Face meeting with the Chief Representative of the company in Eastern Europe.

Based on his / her performance the candidate may be promoted to the position of Senior Account Manager with opportunities for further career development.
