Job Description

Location: Primarily based in Athens or Piraeus Greece with opportunities for hybrid or onsite roles depending on the Project.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Czech at C1 level native preferred.
  • English at C1 level for training and resource purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support for a range of consumer products including printers cameras and digital applications.
  • Support delivered through multiple channels: phone email live chat selfservice portal and social media.
  • Address printer and camera setup installation and troubleshooting (e.g. error codes repair requests settings configuration).
  • Assist customers with presales decisions and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
  • Provide technical support for digital services including app and inapp troubleshooting account management and educational resources across various platforms such as estore Google Play Store and Google Apps.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible scheduling with shifts possible from Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 22:00 for onsite roles.
  • Hybrid roles operate Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 with some workfromhome opportunities.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base salary ranging from 1100 to 1300 monthly.
  • Monthly performance bonus up to 10% or fixed up to 300.
  • Relocation support includes flight ticket hotel stay and assistance in finding accommodation.
  • 3 weeks of comprehensive training for all new hires.

Competencies & Skills:

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Internet applications browsers and MS Office.
  • Strong PC knowledge with efficient typing speed of 25 words per minute and 85% accuracy.
  • Experience in handling Tier 2 support via chat email and phone but not mandatory.

Training & Development:

  • Participate in mandatory training sessions for up to 45 days per month at the office fostering team cohesion and skill enhancement.
