Job Description

Were scouting for a B2B Reservations Manager with a spark ready to join our international team. This is your golden ticket to immerse yourself in the B2B world develop crucial skills and be part of a supportive dynamic environment.

Tasks

How You Make an Impact:

  • Manage incoming accommodation requests and present corporate clients as well as relocation management partners with personalized housing options through Homelikes proprietary enterprise software
  • Reply to clients enquiries related to housing options and offer thoughtful recommendations promptly
  • Build a good relationship with the consultants from relocation management companies
  • Monitor and provide updates on client needs and behaviors.conversion
  • Identify market gaps and collaborate with the Sales team to ensure our offerings are complete and competitive
  • Assist the Guest Experience team in managing incoming guest arrivals & coordinating checkin instructions
  • Proactively contribute to the community building of hospitality operators & supply technology software (quarterly training sessions content creation events & conferences inperson visits)

Requirements

  • First experience in corporate housing global mobility or relocation ideally 12 years at a fastpaced entrepreneurial company
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle highstress situations with calm and professionalism
  • Selfmotivated responsible and equipped with a problemsolving attitude
  • Business fluent in English and German
  • Occasional weekend oncall rotation
