You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe General Manager of Grace Hotel Santorini will be charged with positioning the property as a oneofakind resort that embraces the very best of Greece. The role will be instrumental in attracting top talent engaging with media travel industry and clients that will tell the story of Grace Hotel and build a loyal base of advocates ensuring Grace Hotel remains one of the most coveted and special destinations in all of Greece. They will attract an affluent clientele drawn to inspiring designled spaces and vibrant social experiences while ensuring the resort remains a sanctuary for privacy and discretion.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned general manager who possesses an infectious master of ceremonies energy effortlessly communicates with ownership and builds authentic relationships with clients guests team members and the community.
In concert with Auberges unique expertise the key responsibilities for this position are:
Owner Relations. Effectively managing the owner relationships on behalf of Auberge to ensure the owners maintain trust and confidence in our successful stewardship of their asset.
Positioning. To position Grace Hotel as a bestinclass hotel from providing highly personalized service to creating buzzing food and beverage activations to ensuring we are the hotel of choice for the most discerning and affluent clientele.
Strategic. Oversee the development of the strategy and business plan for Grace Hotel to deliver on our mission of being the best luxury property in Santorini.
Financial. Ensure that the financial targets are met and exceeded through adept business planning and being commercially savvy.
Sales. Be the sales champion and visible with most influential travel advisors clients and media.
Recruitment Employee Branding and Culture. Develop the recruitment and employee branding strategy so that we are the employer of choice in Santorini. Build a rich culture of trust pride and joy based on our ENRICH values that will result in a high employee advocacy and engagement.
Operational Excellence and Quality. Oversee the successful implementation of the guest experience prearrival arrival stay departure and postdeparture experiences to ensure that our guests report the highest levels of personal and customized services and that our team is motivated and engaged. Drive guest advocacy scores in excess of 80%.
Service Experience and Excellence. Oversight of service experience with high guest and team member engagement and floor presence.
Food & Beverage Experiences. Responsible for facilitating and guiding welldesigned and creatively curated guest experiences unique to Grace Santorini through programming entertainment partner alignment and space activation.
