Salary: 1300 per month with a performance bonus of up to 300
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Frontline Support Agent proficient in Danish and English to join our team. As a member of our frontline support team you will assist Android users with their inquiries related to the Play Store. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective and efficient support for Android users via inbound calls chats and emails.
- Assist customers with:
- Account settings and modifications
- Downloading and installing apps and content
- Processing refund requests
- Setting up payment accounts
- Troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues
- Balance your time between customer service (60%) and technical support (40%).
- Use multiple tools to deliver Tier 1 level support.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Danish (C2 level) and English (C1 level).
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a customeroriented approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work within the specified hours and adapt to varying shifts.
