Operations Coordinator

About the company:

Our client diversified its operations from local supply and export of crude and refined oils into contract manufacturing arrangements in sectors which include biofuels oleochemicals speciality fats and animal nutrition and is looking for someone dynamic and dedicated to coordinate operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of domestic contracts exfactory and delivered basis
• Preparation of export contracts FOB CNF and CIF
• Preparation of broker contracts
• Preparation and application of export shipping documents to include:

Certificate of origin (Malay Chamber of Commerce and FTA)

Certificate of Analysis (Quality and Weight)

Packing List

Phytosanitary certificate and Health Certificate

Bill of Loading

Invoice

Export Declaration (K2)

• Coordinating across all stakeholders of supply chain to ensure timeliness and efficiency in the execution of contracts.
• Coordinate with Suppliers/Buyers and supervision companies for shipment execution.
• Handling queries of both buyers and suppliers
• Ensure issuance of contract notices (nominations sending doc instructions shipment advice) as per contract terms and timely execution by regular followups with all relevant counter parties.
• Supervise or prepare as the case may be timely and accurate preparation of full set of shipping documents.
• Capable of timely handling all documentation issues with suppliers/buyers/banks under CAD/LC or other payment terms
• Ensure payment followup with the buyers and oversee/prepare timely finalisations
• Proactively anticipate potential execution issues that may arise and work on solutions as required.

Requirements:

• Preferably 1 2 years working experience in related field fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Have knowledge in preparing the contract and standard logistic documents will be added advantages
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and competitive market

Remuneration:

Up to RM 6000
