- Design develop and implement computer systems according to user needs and business objectives.
- Analyze IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and recommend upgrades or changes.
- Manage data security backup procedures and disaster recovery plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by internal users.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on new software and systems.
- Stay uptodate on the latest IT trends and technologies.
- Assist with the selection procurement and installation of new hardware and software.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate IT documentation.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure IT systems meet their needs.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 23 years of experience in a similar MIS role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including hardware software and networks.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ticketing systems and network management tools (a plus)
