Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare and circulate reports for Inventory Positions Market Prices and Crop knowledge.
- Handles end to end documentation for P2p cycle from RFQ to Payment.
- Coordinate and manage documentation for all the agreements related to buying.
- Coordinates with regional teams for inventory management as per norms
- MIS Prices Availability
- Market Intelligence Competitor activity
- Vendor Development and Management
- Manage Complete P2P Cycle including PO creation and delivery of the RM as per production requirement.
- Understand the existing business processes Requirement gathering and documentation.
- Creates and performs Data profiling mappings & Dashboardings as required.
- Well versed with accounting principles audits budgeting etc.
- Graduate in any stream with Data management as an additional skill (Commerce/ Supply Chain background would be preferred).
- Any experience in Agri Commodity sourcing for an FMCG company is preferred.
- Should have presentation skills and be well versed in Data analysis.
- Aptitude in decisionmaking and working with numbers.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
- Preferred technical knowledge on Procurement processes. Knowing how around production and packing operations will be an added advantage.
