MIS Eecutive

• Design develop and implement computer systems according to user needs and business objectives.
  
• Analyze IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and recommend upgrades or changes.
  
• Manage data security backup procedures and disaster recovery plans.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by internal users.
  
• Provide technical support and training to staff on new software and systems.
  
• Stay uptodate on the latest IT trends and technologies.
  
• Assist with the selection procurement and installation of new hardware and software.
  
• Maintain accurate and uptodate IT documentation.
  
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure IT systems meet their needs.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
  
• Minimum 23 years of experience in a similar MIS role.
  
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including hardware software and networks.
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Experience with ticketing systems and network management tools (a plus)
