Processing of employee payouts
- Processing of employee payroll: Collation and review of payroll inputs and coordination with the payroll service providers. Review of payroll register to ensure payroll accuracy and adhrence to countryspecific payroll regulations and statutory compliances.
- Processing of reimbursements: Review of employee expenses as per the organization policies and country specific regulations. Checking approvals as per the organization level authorization matrix.
- Processing of payments: Banking operations including payment setup and reconciliations.
- Payroll Accounting: Review of Salary JV and Final Pay Register to assess accuracy completeness. Understanding of Payroll and Employee GLs and
- corresponding impact on books of accounts. . Pass necessary provisions prepaid adjustment entries.
- Provisions: Knowledge of appropriate payroll and reimbursement related provisions like leave encashment bonuses etc.
- Knowledge and experience of SAP environment is preferable.
- Analysis: Analytical approach for analyzing various cost elements on a periodic basis identification of reasons for deviations and providing
- comments on variances. Cost Code Analysis Headcount Reporting identifying exceptional items. Need to have good articulation skills to
- provide precise insights
- MIS Reporting: Preparation of reports and drilldown schedules for the
- function to enable deep dive analysis for various cost elements
