Job Description
We are talent acquisition partners for all major insurance companies in India. We are hiring sales professionals for leading insurance companies like Max Life HDFC Life Edelweiss Tokio Kotak Life Aditya Birla Life and Bajaj Allianz Life.
Job Details:
- Required Experience:
- Minimum 4 yrs of Life Insurance Sales Experience with 1 to 2 yrs in Direct Sales
- CTC Bracket: upto 7.5 LPA
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
- Location: Goa (Multiple Locations)
- Age Limit: below 40 years
- Candidate must have own conveyance
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 15 days notice period preferred
You will be responsible for:
- To direct sell to the customers via appointments.
- To ensure that appointments are allocated by the call center are attended and revenue is generated.
- To ensure self sourcing targets are achieved.
- To ensure business reporting MIS on sales call ( LMS) lead utilization and maintained daily.
