Job Description
Job Summary:
We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Executive to keep uptodate account records and oversee smooth transactions. The candidate will have great communications skills and a strong quantitative background along with a proven track record of successfully handling accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the data for submission for Internal Audit & keep accounts up to date as per the requirements of Auditors.
- Prepare MIS Reports manage statuary compliances.
- Verify allocate post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Produce errorfree accounting reports and present their results
- Analyse financial information and summarise financial status
- Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant
- Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns
- Support monthend and yearend close process
- Ensuring TDS/PF/ESI/GST Compliances like payment returns and certificates.
- Efiling of periodical returns as per applicable statue like Income TaxTDS/GST and others within stipulated due date and corrections thereof if any.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Commerce or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office
Hands on Experience in Tally
accounting,bookkeeping,balance sheet,tax deducted at source (tds),goods and services tax (gst),tally erp
