hiring completed within a prescribed lead time of 60 days
preparation of manpower planning and budgeting ( including new projects)
Compliance to HR Performance Score Card Mini. 95 % for Talent acquisition
Timely completion of MIS reporting and compliance to HR recruitment scorecard
Storing of candidate database and retrieve data as and when required
Strive to complete hiring within the stipulated lead time
Build network with external agencies and consultant to get best talent available for
required positions
Implement communication initiatives as per guidelines (for allocated departments)
Standards for Measuring Success
Reduction in recruitment expenses through cost Effective Hiring (20 % through
consultant rest 80 % through other sources)
