The Role
Our client a global market leader in investment and commercial real estate is currently seeking for a Finance Manager to join their team. Location: Riyadh KSA Department Finance Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for companys business process & financial management Accounting system maintenance Financial planning & forecasting with stakeholders Ensure legal compliance Expenses balance sheets cash flow and revenue analysis Accounting team supervision Filing & record keeping for financial statements and documents Leading the audit compliance of financial statements Ensure P&L is as per commercials and budgets

Requirements
Ideal candidate must have: Chartered Accountant At least 3 managerial years experience in Financial Control and FP&A Arabic speaking is an advantage Knowledge of local rules and regulations is an advantage This is an excellent opportunity with a market leading company one that can offer stability security a competitive salary and benefits package with the added chance to grow within their organization.
