Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the factory’s production activities, managing and reporting operational KPI’s, and overseeing operational improvements.
- Responsible for 6S initiatives across each manufacturing line and will have a strong focus on employee Safety, Quality, On-Time Delivery, Cost, and Inventory Control.
- Responsible for promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion. Moreover, this role is responsible for ensuring that resources are properly assigned to meet our customer demand.
- Provide the operational leadership of the production organization to meet production requirements for Safety, Quality, OTD, Inventory Control, and Productivity to meet our customers’ expectations.
- Develop, monitor, maintain, and improve key performance indicators to measure production performance to targets and daily metrics of production goals vs. achievements.
