Work Breakdown Structure (WBS): Break down complex projects into manageable work packages, ensuring that each task or sub-project is clearly defined and assigned.
Critical Path Analysis: Conduct critical path analysis to identify the most important tasks and milestones that could impact the project’s overall timeline. Identify potential bottlenecks and areas of risk.

Track Project Progress: Continuously monitor the progress of the project by comparing actual performance with the planned schedule. Use project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) to track timelines, costs, and progress.
Performance Analysis: Use earned value management (EVM) and other performance metrics to assess project performance and identify any deviations from the plan.
Status Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management, project managers, and clients regarding the status of the project. Prepare progress reports, highlighting any delays or issues that need to be addressed.
