This is a fulltime hybrid role for an Business Development Manager. The role is located in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam with flexibility for some remote work. We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development / Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust market network and a proven track record of selling ecommerce services and solutions. This role involves strategic planning market research client relationship management and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ecommerce domain.
Utilize market network to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate ecommerce solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while exploring new opportunities.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure the proposed solutions meet clients requirements.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Keep abreast of market trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales preferably in the ecommerce or related field.
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms like Magento and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Familiarity with OMS PIM WMS RPA and BI tools.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
