Security ConsulantExpert

• Develop architectural specifications that guarantee good security practices and management of cyber risks within the security environment. Present these architectural decisions at pertinent forums to obtain the necessary approvals.
  
• Offer architectural consulting expertise across multiple domains and projects.
  
• Evaluate technology risk security and compliance standards; identify and assess information security exposures introduced or impacted with the application or business change;
  
• Identify additional controls relevant for the change; evaluate the operational security requirements for specific projects;
  
• Perform security assessments as requested;
  
• Inform whether the solutions adhere to the information security guidelines and reference architectures of ANZ Bank.
  
• Verify attest and provide advice about adherence to cyber security laws including APRACPS234 GDPR IRAP and PCIDSS.
  
• Provide guidance on potential vulnerabilities in application security and execute automated security assessments.
  
• Oversee stakeholder interactions within the tribe and act as a liaison between the business and security.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Security or a related field
  
• At least 710 years of experience in cyber security (preferably in the financial sector)
  
• Professional certifications such as CISSP CISM CEH or the equivalent;
  
• A thorough understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g. NIST COBIT);
  
• A track record of developing architectural specifications that guarantee good security practices and management of cyber risks within the security environment;
  
• A track record of security risk analysis assessment and mitigation;
  
• Knowledge of cloud security (Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred but either AWS Cloud or Azure Cloud is fine); a knowledge of emerging security threats and mitigation strategies familiarity with CI/CD technologies the software development process and doing code reviews
  
• Associated with Vulnerability Action suggestions triage and management findings
  
• Excellent command of spoken English;
  
• A positive attitude when working directly with customers (high adaptability with continuous changes in customer requirements);
  
• Research and analysis skills to identify new security automation opportunities;
  
• Ability to communicate with security and nonsecurity stakeholders to solve everyday problems;
  
• Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
