Project Manager Senior Level

• Take the lead in development delivery and carry out the whole project in accordance with the clients project specifications.
  
• Analyze and comprehend the user narrative then prioritize it while creating the project plan.
  
• Monitor the situation and report to management and the product owner on a weekly or sprint basis
  
• Monitor the quality issue bug and collaborate with the architect and product owner to find a lasting solution to prevent reopening the problem
  
• Handle the projects basic delivery budgets and overall execution with effectiveness.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Techonology/IT/Engineering or equivalent
  
• Fluent in English
  
• At least 5 years of work experience with 3 years in IIoT area (SaaS/PaaS Cloud base)
  
• Knowledge of Budget and cost management as per projects of regions
  
• Strong stakeholder management capability to collaborate negotiation diplomatic in order to convince the message.
  
• Has OTIT knowledge and is able to communicate with company and partner stakeholder in this area
  
• Should be able to coach and mentor junior team members and be able to manage Knowledge delivery acceleration build culture of innovation and think leadership for IT and OTIT area
  
• Certified Scrum Master is preferred
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including executive presentations with proven experience in managing a global team virtually.
