We are seeking a highly experienced and strategicminded Group HR Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of comprehensive HR experience with a proven track record of successfully managing both operational and strategic HR functions within large conglomerate companies.
Responsibilites :
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys objectives and goals.
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations including recruitment talent management performance evaluation compensation and employee relations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to HR teams across the group of companies to ensure consistency and effectiveness in HR practices.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify workforce needs and develop plans to attract retain and develop top talent.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all regions where the company operates.Drive diversity equity and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and manage HR budgets forecasts and reports for the group.Lead change management initiatives and organizational development efforts to support business growth and transformation.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior executives by providing insights and recommendations on HRrelated matters.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Over 20 years of progressive HR experience with at least 10 years in leadership roles.
- Experience managing HR functions in conglomerate companies with 5000 employees.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required.Certification in HR (e.g. PHR SPHR SHRMCP SHRMSCP) is a plus.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Preferred Qualifications:Experience in mergers and acquisitions and postmerger integration.Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
- Previous experience working in diverse cultural environments.Strong network within the HR community and industry associations.
