Job Description:

Our client a leading multinational consumer products company is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead their HR function in Indonesia. This role is pivotal in driving strategic HR initiatives fostering a highperformance culture and aligning HR practices with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all HR functions including recruitment performance management talent development compensation and employee relations.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company’s growth and performance goals.

• Collaborate with leadership to drive a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement.

• Manage HR operations in compliance with local labor laws and global corporate policies.

• Act as a key advisor to senior management on HR matters promoting a diverse inclusive and collaborative workplace.

• Champion organizational development initiatives and ensure effective talent pipeline and succession planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of HR experience preferably in a multinational setting.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR teams in a dynamic multicultural environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
