Job Description
Chief Accountant Family Theme Park Bali
Our client is a familyoriented theme park located in Bali. The Chief Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the theme park ensuring accurate financial reporting budget management and compliance with local regulations. This role is integral to maintaining the financial health of the organization and providing strategic insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable receivable payroll and general ledger.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements tax filings and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and monitor the park's budget analyze variances and provide financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with department heads to control costs and improve financial performance.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain financial records in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards and international best practices.
- Liaise with external auditors banks and tax authorities to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 78 years of accounting experience with a background in the hospitality industry; theme park experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
