Job Description
Chief Accountant – Family Theme Park in Bali
Our client a familyfocused theme park in Bali is seeking a highly skilled Chief Accountant to oversee its financial operations. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial management compliance with local regulations and providing strategic financial insights to support the park's continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily accounting functions including accounts payable receivable payroll and general ledger management.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements tax filings and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and monitor budgets analyze financial variances and create forecasts to guide business decisions.
- Work closely with department leaders to manage costs and enhance financial efficiency.
- Perform internal audits to uphold financial accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain financial records following Indonesian accounting standards and global best practices.
- Coordinate with external auditors banks and tax authorities to facilitate smooth financial operations.
- Provide strategic financial advice and support to senior management.
Qualifications:
- At least 78 years of experience in accounting preferably in the hospitality industry; experience with theme parks is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline.
- Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial laws.
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
- Skilled in using accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
