Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales and build longterm relationships with clients in the Human Resource essment Services sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities including participation in procurement processes tenders and bidding activities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
- yze market trends and customer needs to align services with client demands.
- Create detailed sales reports forecasts and conduct performance evaluations for ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver clientfocused solutions that meet customer needs.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on sales activities and market conditions.
General Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree (S1) in any relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in servicebased sales.
- Strong knowledge of procurement tender and bidding processes.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales or marketing strategies.
- Proficient in data ysis and reporting.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Sed in using Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong planning organizing implementation and evaluation abilities for work programs.
