Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales and build longterm relationships with clients in the Human Resource essment Services sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities including participation in procurement processes tenders and bidding activities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
  • yze market trends and customer needs to align services with client demands.
  • Create detailed sales reports forecasts and conduct performance evaluations for ongoing improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver clientfocused solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide regular feedback to the management team on sales activities and market conditions.

General Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree (S1) in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in servicebased sales.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement tender and bidding processes.
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales or marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in data ysis and reporting.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Sed in using Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Strong planning organizing implementation and evaluation abilities for work programs.
