Job Description

  • To identify the key potential customers
  • To be able to provide the budgetary quotation
  • To be able to identify the strength and weakness of competiton status and fair awareness of market products
  • Must be able to apply relationship selling skills with stakeholder management
  • To provide prepost sales support
  • Able to execute and implement sales strategies according to defined strategic areas 
  • Propose sales forecasts and sales strategy
  • Strong interpersonal communication (both verbal & written) negotiation and presentation skills 
  • Able to execute and implement sales strategies according to defined strategic areas 
  • A team player able to blend in and work successfully as part of a team
  • Create sales job file ensure accurate quantity and cost liase with different stakeholders to get correct information
  • Generate sellin/out campaigns according to customer and market situation and focus on results
  • To provide the weekly/monthly sales report when required
  • To achieve the sales target assigned by the HOD
  • Update pipelines and followup closely for all potential leads
  • Knowledge on Diesel injection system functionality and related spare parts 
  • Knowledge on Mobility Aftermarket industry & value chain in Indonesia market
  • Basic knowledge on fleet operation and diesel workshop requirements
  • Basic knowledge on commercial terms and conditions(contractual obligation)
     

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar capacity of relevant industry (Diesel area as plus)
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in sales/ mkt environment
  • 3 years experience in distribution/ b2b environment
  • Excellent negotiation skills in decision maker environment
  • Pleasant Personality with a can do mentality
  • Proactive selfmotivated and selfindependent attitude towards assigned tasks
  • Strong ResultOrientation
  • Customer oriented
  • Language skills: Bahasa Indonesia & English are must. Chinese is plus
