Experience
3 years of experience with Excellent communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities normally performed within this role.
Achieving rental targets which is included but not limited to
Handling all enquiries and reaching out to potential renters through
various mediums
Recording all enquiries in a timely manner and maintaining the home
calendar
Coordinating home maintenance from time to time with Operations team
Creating monthly financials of the rental earnings
Communicating the month end earnings with homeowners
Skills Required
Knowledge of business and management principles
Well versed and efficient with MS Office
Detail and performance oriented
Analytical skills
MIS & Reports
Excellent communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Educational Qualification: Graduate
Work Location: Mumbai Maharashtra
