Cloud Services Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Services Specialist to join our team. As a Cloud Services Specialist you will play a key role in designing implementing and managing cloudbased solutions and services. You will work closely with our IT team and stakeholders to optimize cloud infrastructure enhance performance and ensure the reliability and security of our cloud environments. Your expertise in cloud technologies infrastructure management and project execution will be crucial in driving our organizations cloud strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design implement and maintain cloudbased infrastructure and services using leading cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess cloud requirements define architecture and develop migration strategies for applications and workloads.
• Optimize cloud environments for performance scalability and costefficiency leveraging cloudnative services and automation tools.
• Implement and manage cloud security measures including access controls encryption and compliance with industry standards (e.g. GDPR HIPAA).
• Monitor cloud infrastructure performance conduct capacity planning and implement disaster recovery measures.
• Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting issues incidents and outages related to cloud services.
• Evaluate and recommend new cloud technologies tools and services to enhance our cloud ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain documentation policies and procedures for cloud infrastructure and services.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate cloud solutions into existing IT systems and workflows.
• Train and support IT staff and endusers on using cloud services effectively and securely.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field; relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Azure Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect are preferred.
• Proven experience as a Cloud Services Specialist Cloud Engineer or similar role with handson experience in designing implementing and managing cloud solutions.
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud including infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker Kubernetes or ECS/EKS.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks for cloud environments.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
