IT Help Desk Technician in a services company. Applicants must have working knowledge in the areas of PC maintenance and practical IT/help desk/network support. Good customer service skills are required.
NOTE: This job can be done almost 100% WorkFromHome. All necessary equipment will be provided upon hire.
Job Description:
- PC Support manage PC maintenance and helpdesk related tasks
- Customer Service answer phones assist customers open service orders
- Net Admin manage Server administration and network/security support tasks
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Performing work in this jobs occupational field requires the application of advanced professional disciplines requiring a minimum 2 years of experience and extensive applied use of related concepts practices and methods.
Experience:
- The primary or most necessary skills required for this job are leadership strong people and project management and organizational skills.
- Other important skills include excellent written and oral communication analytical interpersonal and computer skills.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Products including Word Excel O365.
- Knowledge with Azure Cloud Computing a plus.
- Solid understanding of computers networks and software.
- High attention to Detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced highpressure environment.
