- Exploring regional opportunities develop growth plan; creating business results and lead regional strategic orientation.
- Lead collaboration and team leadership driving company s values responsible for MTP and sales budget.
- Identify evaluate negotiate and manage regional business opportunities for example sales projects partnerships that will contribute to company s short and midterm targets.
- Efficiently manage the interface between company and distributors in region APAC (excluding Australia) with significant complexity and improve longterm relationship with customers and distribution partners.
- Monitor analyze and evaluate market trends understand consumers needs and wants and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and recommend changes for the positioning market penetration and pricing.
- Assist and identify opportunities on the expansion of distribution network in the regional countries including 2nd tier cities.
- Assist distributors in the establishment of Certified Business Partnership program.
- Compile and submit monthly sales forecast reports to Germany.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or Marketing.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing regional sales organizations.
- Strong collaboration and people management skills with a focus on enhancing team engagement and performance.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to forecast and realize business opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Ability to compile and submit monthly sales forecast reports to headquarters in Germany.
