Senior Sales Marketing Manager

• To plan monitor appraise and review job marketing strategies to achieve desired objectives and target by the management.
  
• To accomplish sales & marketing of human resource objectives by recruiting training assigning scheduling coaching counseling and disciplining employees by enforcing established policies and procedures.
  
• To achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing sales & marketing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production productivity quality resolving problems; identify and determining market trends to implement required changes.
  
• To identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining the market competitors share and competitors strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  
• To Improve product marketability by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
  
• To delegate monitor and assist to evaluate comprehensive and uptodate market research data on industry and competitors products and services and provide feedback for future product development.
  
• To sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  
• To liaise with advertising agencies & consultants on development of marketing materials and negotiate better contract terms and conditions for services.
  
• To mitigate any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
  
• To ensure on time completion of all sales and purchase agreement and relevant documentation according to companys SOP.
  
• To review marketing materials to ensure compliance with specifications quality cost and deadlines.
  
• To produce a periodical marketing report expenses report. etc. and submit it to the Manager within stipulated timeline.
  
• To ensure show village sales office show unit and advertisement board in good condition.
  
• To ensure validity period of Developers License and Advertisement Permit Sales Gallery Business License and Billboard Permit
  
• To monitor progress of End Finance facilities application with various banks.
  

Requirements

• English and Mandarin Speaking
  
• Familiar with APDL process
